Growing up, I was pretty active. Dance and gymnastics were my main programs.
When I went to college, I got out of my fitness regimen, and eventually the pounds came on. I could never get back into working out until I found TaeBo. A co-worker was doing WW, so I was introduced to that program. Between TaeBo and WW, I lost around 75 pounds in 9 months.
I was even able to be in a few videos!
Unfortunately, life came, and weight came back. I could never fully get back into my regimen so I have been trying to get it back off ever since. But I am determined to get back to where I should be.
So I will note what I am doing workout-wise and how my progress is going.
I do not have a specific number, but I do know what I want to look like.

I miss the love I had for working out and will get back there!
